Our display frames are bespoke, precision-built products designed to work in harmony with specific magnetic card cases that we have tested and approved.
Magnetic cases are manufactured with fixed north-south polarities, and there is no universal industry standard for how those magnets are oriented. As a result, no two magnetic cases are guaranteed to be magnetized in the same way even if they appear identical in size or style.
Because of this:
• Third-party magnetic cases may have opposing magnet polarities
• This can prevent the case from seating properly in the frame
• In some instances, the magnets may repel rather than attract
To ensure a secure fit, proper alignment, and the intended display experience, our frames are engineered specifically for the magnetic cases we supply.
Our Recommendation
For best results, we strongly recommend using our supplied magnetic cases with our frames. This guarantees full compatibility, correct magnetic alignment, and the premium presentation our frames are designed to deliver.
While some third-party cases may work, compatibility cannot be guaranteed due to uncontrollable variations in magnet orientation and strength.

Delivery is dependant on where you’re located, but we typically ship orders within 2-5 business days, then our delivery service lead time applies.

We recommend sealing the magnetic case with one of our security stickers once your card is placed inside.
This helps ensure the case remains firmly closed and prevents the card from shifting or accidentally falling out. Using our sticker provides added peace of mind and guarantees the card stays secure during display or handling.

Picture Frame Hanging Instructions
For frames with 2 hanging points at 400 mm centres
Important Notice
The installer is responsible for assessing the wall condition, selecting suitable fixings, and ensuring the frame is safely and securely mounted.
Different wall materials require different fixing methods. If unsure, consult a qualified tradesperson.
Before You Start
You Will Need
• Tape measure
• Pencil
• Spirit level
• Drill and suitable drill bits (if required)
• Appropriate wall fixings and screws
• Screwdriver
Step 1 — Check the Wall Type
Identify the wall construction before selecting fixings:
Plasterboard / Drywall
Use suitable plasterboard anchors or fixings rated for the frame weight.
Masonry / Brick / Concrete
Use suitable masonry plugs and screws.
Timber / Stud Wall
Fix directly into timber studs where possible using appropriate wood screws.
Other Wall Types
Ensure the selected fixing method is suitable for the wall material and frame weight.
Step 2 — Mark the Hanging Points
The frame has 2 hanging points spaced 400 mm apart (centre to centre).
1 Decide the desired frame position.
2 Use a spirit level to mark a horizontal line.
3 Mark two fixing points exactly 400 mm apart.
Step 3 — Install the Fixings
1 Drill holes if required for the chosen fixing method.
2 Install wall plugs or anchors as appropriate.
3 Insert screws, leaving enough projection for the frame hooks to engage securely.
Step 4 — Hang the Frame
1 Carefully lift the frame onto both fixing points.
2 Check that both hooks are fully engaged.
3 Verify the frame is level and secure.
Safety Information
• Always use fixings suitable for the wall type and load being supported.
• Do not exceed the load rating of the chosen fixings.
• Periodically check that the frame remains secure.
• Signature Card Displays accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings, or inadequate wall structure.
Installer Responsibility
It is the installer’s responsibility to:
• Determine the suitability and strength of the wall surface
• Select and use appropriate fixings and tools
• Ensure the installation is safe and secure

To keep your bespoke sports card display case match fit, give it a regular dust with a soft microfiber cloth to stop grime from sneaking in like a bad tackle. Keep cleaning gentle—no harsh chemicals or rough cloths—just a slightly damp wipe for the timber when needed, and dry it straight away so moisture doesn’t score an own goal. Try to keep the case out of direct sunlight and away from heat or humidity to avoid warping or fading over time. And every now and then, do a quick lineup check on the mounts and fixings to make sure your cards stay secure and match-ready.

Thicker mags should work in our frames providing they fit in our mag gaps. However, not all mags are polarised the same, so you may need to flip your card around the other way so that the magnets attract.

1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order provided that:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is returned with original packaging and accessories
Proof of purchase is provided
The product is not customised, personalised, or made-to-order
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
For customers in the United Kingdom and other regions where applicable consumer laws apply, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Custom-made or personalised display frames
Made-to-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
UK Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item is faulty
The item was damaged in transit
We sent the incorrect item
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges associated with returning items unless prohibited by local law.
Signature Card Displays LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Any unpaid customs charges on returned items may be deducted from the refund amount where legally permitted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
The item was faulty
The item was damaged
We made an error with your order
Local consumer laws require otherwise
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you would like a different product, size, or style, please place a new order separately after your return has been approved.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns procedure.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable international ecommerce regulations where required.
